TBE is delighted to announce the launch of our latest Machine Development – The TBE Rapidform Series. This development is being officially launched during Q1, 2015 – with the delivery of Rapidform Series Machines already completed. The following outlines some of the key features of this new Machine Series.
Building upon our existing Machine technology base, the TBE Rapidform Series represents the latest development in TBE technology; that facilitates the accurate and exceptionally rapid manufacture (Up to 120 Parts Per Minute) of ultra high volume component products; particularly in the 1MM – 6.5MM wire diameter range.
Key Features of this new development include:
- New Virtual Cam Based Software – TBE Systems
- Significantly Reduced Machine Operator Skill Requirement
- No Mechanical Cams
- The Machine is suitable for both Wire and Flat Metal Products
Incorporating all of the benefits of standard TBE Technology; (including the global availability of all components within TBE Machines) – the TBE Rapidform Series offers the potential to (cost) effectively meet the challenges presented by ultra high production volumes. Speed, Accuracy, Reliability and Repeatability are all key attributes of the TBE Rapidform Series.

Building upon our existing Multibend technology platform – which has seen extensive refinement over the past number of years, including the addition of an integrated and exceptionally cost efficient Rotary Wire Straightening system, the TBE Multibend ‘E Series’ represents the next generation development of TBE technology; that facilitates the accurate and exceptionally rapid production of truly complex wire components; particularly in the 2MM – 6MM wire diameter range.
Building upon our existing Multiform and Multibend technology platform – which has seen significant enhancement in the past two years, including the addition of an integrated and exceptionally cost efficient Rotary Wire Straightening system, the TBE Sinubend Series represents an industry leading development that facilitates the accurate and exceptionally rapid production of Complex Sinuous Wire Forms and related components.
Representing a further significant refinement of our existing Multibend series technology, the MB-HS series has been developed to facilitate the production of very large volumes – which traditionally has only been feasible through the use of a mechanical machine.
We are also pleased to announce our expansion into South Africa and Poland, where we have recently sold a number of machines from our Multibend range of machinery.
